For as long as I can remember, I have always believed that everyone, even us regular folk, can benefit from thoughtful and well-executed estate planning. I saw there is a misunderstanding and mistaken belief that estate planning is only for the “wealthy,” which is not true. Whatever you have, you have worked hard for, so you must protect it, manage it and control it - while you are able. After all, life happens, and we must be prepared!

I established my practice over two decades ago with this thought in mind, and my business has only gone from strength to strength. Compared to when I started estate planning, things have changed considerably as access to information and technology has taken over every aspect of our businesses and lives.

The part of my business that I most enjoy is client interaction and the design process of estate planning. I also take great joy in explaining complex legal concepts to clients so they can make informed decisions.

My philosophy is to cultivate repeat and referral business by delivering quality services while standing by my principles.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to honesty, integrity, the fact I manage expectations and never fail to deliver results.

I attribute my success to my frank communication and being a straight shooter. Similarly, my ability to build an honest and compassionate connection with my clients has become one of my strong points.

Over the years, I have won numerous jury trials and helped hundreds of individuals, which has given me immense satisfaction.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and our dogs. Together, we love traveling and the outdoors, often going on hikes. I have also practiced martial arts for the past thirty-five years, and I find it a great way to keep my mind and body sharp and focused.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
